  • We briefed three loft conversion specialist companies as we had a six meter high roof space that we wanted to create a master bedroom with a large bathroom including a wet room. We chose nuspace not because they were the cheapest, but we felt they brought a strong design led solution, they also had proven experience working with truss roof which was of particular concern to us. nuspace took care of the planning application and the rest of the admin. We agreed a fixed price contract which they kept to, while we roughly knew what we wanted to achieve but the contractor was brilliant at coming up with alternative solutions. The extras that we added were reasonably priced and nothing was too much trouble. They also gave us a whole floor of storage space and overcome some challenges from the building regs people. The contractors were the best we have ever worked with, the team worked really hard to finish on time and on budget and the mess and disruption was minimal . We have no hesitation in highly recommending this company

  • We had our loft converted in April 2013 and are absolutely chuffed with it. We had several quotes and saw different companies but right from our initial meeting we knew we wanted to go with nuspace. They were open, honest and transparent about what was involved, what we could get and the costs. The work carried out was efficient, fast and of a high standard. They had great comms throughout the project also which meant you were aware of everything involved at each step. I highly recommend!
