I am very pleased with my nuspace loft. All went smoothly and its was a very professional service. The contractors were very experienced and were very courteous and respectful of the rest of the house and my family during the work. Not having known nuspace previously I was anxious about the whole process but I can honestly say that I needn't have worried and have no reason not to recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with the way the loft conversion worked out. Nilisha kept a close eye on the work and Laurence and his team were first class. The project started on time and was completed on time. I am so glad that I had the work done as it's transformed the house, well beyond what I had imagined would be possible.

Just wanted to drop you a note on the contractors as I have worked very closely with them (more than your average client I would imagine) to ensure that this project was delivered on time and to standard. I know how important feedback can be so hope this might help… I have to say that as the project progressed I was increasingly impressed by their attitude. What I really noticed was how much they cared about the finished product, all the way through to final touching up, and were not solely reacting to my comments and thoughts but actively pre-empting potential issues and problems. I think we did a few things that were a little different than usual but they did not seem to mind being pushed a little out of their comfort zone after a little gentle cajoling from my side! Ultimately this created much more of a feeling of working together on the project rather than what can on occasion be a ‘them and us’ feeling between client and contractor. The communication was always good and responses quickly received and they seemed to be able to call on a broad variety of workmen to ensure that there were no delays. The guys they had working for them, although in many cases not really speaking much English, were always very friendly and helpful. Although the job is now done I genuinely feel that if anything crops up they are a phone call away and that is also very important and reassuring.

Danny's crew were efficient and friendly and did a very good job. The roofers were true professionals who cared about what they did. The builder in charge of the job was excellent.

Having had our kitchen extension built by yourselves 2 years ago we were so happy with the care and workmanship we received first time around that we returned to you to get our loft converted also. Very quick, professional and likeable builders both times. We never hesitate to recommend you to our friends and neighbours.

We absolutely love our new space! (loft conversion and reconfiguration of the first floor). Getting the space and design right was as important for us as adding the square footage. The one stop shop was an added value: Ola's guidance through the planning stage, exploring different possibilities in design with Inake & getting inspiration and ideas beforehand, to the first class input & execution of Costa and the team. Having done a fair amount of research ourselves, we wanted & were involved in the whole process. This young enthusiastic team of builders were hard working, dedicated, competent, with attention to detail, fast and efficient. The communication was smooth!! Unlike the common practice of chasing unanswered emails, with Costa, no questions, issues or concerns of ours were left unaddressed, unanswered or uncorrected if need be and we knew where we stood at all stages. We felt we could trust because Costa did what he said he'd do. Flexibility in accommodating our suppliers' delivery delays and great attitude of getting things right first time round. In problem solving, we felt that the end result and clients' interests were at the forefront rather than what was easiest or quickest to do. Happy to take on challenging and new things (particularly thrilled with our exposed brick walls). For all these reasons we highly recommend them.

I can not thank enough nuspace for delivering a magnificent loft that surpassed our expectations. Extremely happy with the final result. The whole team very friendly, very approachable and very professional, they did their best to make our ideas into reality. The contractors were very friendly and very hard working, they finished the job on time and to a high standard. The during and after care I cannot fault. I have no hesitation to recommend this company.
