nuspace were the most competitive quote we had for our loft conversion in Fulham and I would strongly recommend them. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Graham, the owner, was happy to negotiate on price and agreed to include even the most particular of details in the contract price at the outset. This was very reassuring as we knew exactly what we were paying for and that there would not be any hidden 'extras'. I cannot speak highly enough of Stelo, who was in charge of the building works - he was polite, tidy, understanding and even came at 4am in the morning when a storm caused the roof covering to leak. We had a loft conversion, ensuite wet room and roof terrace built. Works were completed in 10 weeks and decorated in 12.

Our loft conversion was recently completed by nuspace and I have to say that we are absolutely thrilled with the results! Prior to instructing nuspace, we invited a few other companies to quote for the job but with nuspace we felt we were in incredibly safe hands, Graham’s experience meant that he was able to come up with some creative ideas for the compromised space we had and was very competitive with his quote. Once instructed the process was seamless and were very pleased with the team of builders allocated to our job. They were clean, tidy and extremely efficient and all works were completed within the time originally stated. We have and will recommend them to friends.
